I'm back! Blogging took a backseat for a little bit because I got so busy with work and experimenting in the kitchen (I tried gourmet tuyo and this recipe is awesome), among other things. 

So, how are you all doing online friends? Anything interesting happened lately? 

My daughter's teacher taught her class how to make a valentine's day card and I was so touched when she handed it over to me. Awwwwww!

We also had valentines activity at work - palm oil processing plant and we all really enjoyed it!
